Slips on HW-39 or HW-39LT Fluid Tube. This part is place on once the HW-413 or HW-413LT Spacer Disc and HW-39 or HW-39 are in place. The SS-9837 Retainer is put over the top of this part. Ref. #31 on the diagram.
